Football Sub-committee

The Brisbane State High Football Program is strengthened by the support of our parent community. The Football Subcommittee works alongside the school to help deliver a positive, well-organised and development-focused program for our players.

Through parent support and fundraising, the subcommittee helps fund important initiatives that directly benefit the program.

In 2025, contributions supported:

• Three official football goals – $6,000
• Goalkeeper coaching program – $2,700

In 2026 the program’s 35th year at State High, the committee is working to support:

• First XI season coach – $8,000
• Goalkeeper coaching – $2,700
• Season welcome BBQ – $200
• First XI player lunches at home games – $800
• And more.

Parents can contribute in many ways, from helping on game days to supporting fundraising activities throughout the season. Every contribution helps strengthen the football community and enhance the experience for our players.
