Cross Country & Athletics Sub-committee
About the Cross Country & Athletics sub-committee
The Cross-Country & Athletics sub-commttee are a group of parents of current and past students and school staff with an interest in seeing that students participating in Cross Country and Track & Field programs are supported, so they can be the best they can be.
What we do:
- Keep up to date with how the students are progressing in training/competition and upcoming events.
- Identify areas where the staff and students can be supported (eg. Cutting fruit for training/competition, setting up for races, assisting with training if possible, timekeeping, photography). Plan for how this assistance can be organised.
- Fundraise to provide incentives for the students. (eg. managing carparks, setting up chairs for school events and working the tuckshop. New ideas always welcome!)
