There’s no doubt uniforms represent a significant investment for parents and carers. That’s why we work hard to drive uniform prices down without sacrificing quality or fashion.
One of our cost-reduction initiatives is underway right now. The P&C are in the midst of comprehensively streamlining our uniform supply chain. The aim is to leverage our buying power and attract better buy-prices on our uniform items. This will benefit every family because, over time, we will be able to pass on these cost savings directly via lower uniform prices.
Phase one of this initiative is already complete. We now have a two-year contract with a reputable supplier of high-quality uniforms for the supply of formal uniforms for a fixed price. This contract will markedly lower the buy-price on many formal uniform items, with savings to be passed on to parents once current stocks are depleted and new shipments arrive in the Uniform Shop.
Phase two has commenced and we are working towards a similar outcome for extra-curricular uniform items – high quality and lower prices for families. Stay tuned for updates here on our website.
